Internal Mentor Bio: 

Jade Richardson is the President of Road Builders Corporation, a Honolulu-based, woman and Native Hawaiian-owned asphalt paving contractor founded in 1986. In her role, Jade oversees company operations, strategic growth, and project execution, drawing on more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization.

Beyond her industry work, Jade is known for her strong commitment to community service. She previously served on the Make‑A‑Wish Hawaiʻi volunteer board of directors, inspired by her family’s connection to the organization more than 20 years ago.

Jade’s career reflects a deep dedication to Hawaiʻi’s construction industry, workforce development, and community support. Her leadership at Road Builders and her service in the nonprofit sector continue to make her a respected figure among construction professionals and emerging leaders alike.
