Nordic PCL Construction is leading a transformative renovation of the Hokuala Clubhouse and the development of a new hotel on Kauai, ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout the process. With sensitivity to maintaining Hokuala Kauai’s operations, the team is rerouting the existing golf cart pathway to minimize disruption. The phased approach begins with a 43,000 sq. ft. remodel of the clubhouse, featuring a new restaurant, a reimagined golf clubhouse tailored to enthusiasts, and a welcoming hotel lobby/reception area.In phase 2 and 3, Nordic PCL Construction will build three new hotel structures totaling 92,000 sq. ft. and 210 keys, complemented by a new pool and pool building. Thoughtful landscaping and extensive site work will enhance the resort’s aesthetic appeal while integrating the new hotel with the renovated clubhouse. Throughout each stage, Nordic PCL’s careful planning and execution prioritize client's operations, ensuring the guest experience is not impacted while delivering high-quality upgrades to the destination.
