Hale Pilina is a 178-unit affordable rental complex in Kahului, Maui, developed by Catholic Charities Hawaiʻi (CCHDC) to provide housing for families and 2023 wildfire survivors. Located at 150 South Puʻunēnē Avenue, the project consists of four buildings with one- and two-bedroom units, expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027. impacted by the devastating 2023 wildfires for the first two years.
