Speaker Bio: Karen Seddon join EAH Housing in December 2021 as Regional Vice President, Hawai’i. Karen has worked extensively in the construction and development industry fulfilling several positions in the public and private sectors, including project engineer, project manager, superintendent, development manager, development director, development branch chief, executive director, vice president, and regional vice president.

Prior to working in the public sector, Ms. Seddon held management positions at several private sector development and construction companies focused on development, entitlement, and construction of heavy and highway projects, as well as single and multifamily housing.
