Ka Haku Project Tour & Lunch

OAHU, HAWAII

Located in the heart of Waikiki, Ka Haku is a new timeshare tower being constructed for Hilton Grand Vacations directly across from the International Marketplace. The tower will include 174 timeshare units ranging from studios to three-bedroom units on 34 floors. The project will include a basement for back of house operations, a signature lobby, expansive recreation deck, and areas dedicated for future retailers. To accommodate the need for parking, the project features 6 parking levels above the retail ground floor. Nordic PCL will walk attendees through the project and share our challenges and innovations in working on such a constrained site.

§  Park at International Marketplace, walk over and meet in front of jobsite. Need to factor in time for parking for arrival so we can start tour on time.
