Maui Bay Villas Project Tour

MAUI, HAWAII

Maui Bay Villas is an all-suite luxury timeshare resort with one-, two- and three-bedroom suites including full kitchens, living rooms and dining areas. Nordic PCL Construction began construction in April 2023. Upon completion, the 27-acre resort will include a total of 388 suites, along with a clubhouse, super pool, and beach club. The project is being delivered in three primary phases. Phase 1, included 3 Timeshare buildings with115 suites, a clubhouse, a super pool, a beach club, and an operations building which was completed in Q2 2023. Phase 2 opened in June 2024 with Timeshare Building 2 (16 suites) and Timeshare Building 4 (34 suites) which opened in November 2024. Timeshare Building 10 (44 suites) was completed in December 2024. Nordic PCL Construction is currently completing Timeshare Building 3 (16 suites) which will open in March 2025. Project Manager, Casey Tollman will guide attendees through the challenges and innovations of building a luxury time-share resort on Maui, HI.
