Hale O Pi’ikea Project Tour

MAUI, HAWAII

 

Join us for a tour of Hale O Piʻikea project which consists of three phases, designed to include affordable long-term rental housing, future commercial tenant spaces, a community center, and other amenities:

  • Phase One includes the construction of two four-story buildings, offering 90 residential units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Of these, five units will be designed to accommodate individuals with mobility impairments, while two units will cater to those with hearing or vision impairments.
  • Phase Two involves the development of a four-story building comprising 97 residential units and designated spaces for future commercial tenants.
  • Phase Three will include the construction of four residential buildings, adding a total of 36 units to the development.

In line with a strong commitment to sustainability, the project is on track to achieve LEED Gold certification. This goal will be supported by incorporating energy-efficient features such as a solar photovoltaic (PV) system for all common electricity needs, energy-efficient fixtures, and Energy Star-certified appliances in all units. These measures aim to minimize operational costs while promoting environmental stewardship.
