Join us for a conversation and group discussion on how a project’s success is directly correlated with risk management. How decisions made during the estimating and bidding process can create either a smooth or rocky path through construction. Also, what the greatest risks are during the pursuit phase and the ways to manage/mitigate them through RFIs and qualifications.
