Join us for our NAWIC Hawaii August General Membership Meeting and special night of “empowered connections” through networking and listening to other ‘women in’ organizations. We also have Jasmine Tamanaha, an account executive at Hawaiian Airlines who has been a dedicated team member at Hawaiian for over 20 years as our event speaker. 

We will hear from women in various organizations such as CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), IEEE Women in Engineering Organization, SWE (Society of Women Engineers), University of Hawaii College of Engineering - Wahine Connect, Women in Lodging, and many more!

Jasmine Tamanaha Bio:

Jasmine Tamanaha, an Account Executive at Hawaiian Airlines, has been a dedicated team member at Hawaiian for over 20 years. She supports their corporate department sales within the business travel market and aspires to play an active role in making business travel effortless for all of Hawaiian’s construction industry partners, like you 
 all. 
A proud native of the Big Island of Hawaii, Jasmine attended Laupahoepoe High School and graduated from Kapiolani Community College with a degree in hospitality and tourism. Jasmine is often tapped to speak about her expertise in the travel industry.  She was a panelist featured on KCC’s “Voyage of Discovery Hospitality Leadership Forum” and most recently she returned to KCC along with other alumni to share her valuable insights and advice with current students.  Additionally, Jasmine was recently honored to be selected to travel to Japan along with Big Island Mayor Mitchel Roth as a Hawaii delegate for their sister city exchange between Hiroshima, Hatsukaichi 
 and the Big Island. 
 A staunch supporter of her communities, Jasmine also currently serves as a director for the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Hawaii board and serves on various committees of ALL the neighbor island chambers of commerce. Along with all that, Jasmine is a devoted mother to two teenaged daughters.  She enjoys being actively involved with her daughter’s school and extracurricular activities, lei making, and binge watching “90-Day Fiancée.”
