Roxy was born and raised in Hawaii and attended Claremont McKenna College, graduating with a degree in Biochemistry. Exploring various careers, she met many 
individuals along the way who were complacent or uncertain about their financial health, no matter their age, background, or career achievements. At WestPac Wealth Partners, she found her passion in helping others make well-informed decisions about their finances by offering new perspectives to previously unconsidered possibilities. 

Every individual’s situation is unique, changing with time. It is a common misconception to hope that a one-time meeting to create a plan will provide financial security. Financial confidence arises from an ongoing process following sound financial principles. Roxy and her team help their clients reach financial balance through thoughtful preparation, building resilience to uncertainty, and positioning them to take advantage of the opportunities life presents.

Growing up with three brothers and working in a male-dominated industry, Roxy is enthusiastically engaged with the Organization of Women Leaders and on the board of 
Nā Wāhine Pā'ani o Punahou, which allow her to actively empower other women and girls. She is also a proud member of the global Million Dollar Round Table® and 
National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

In her free time, Roxy enjoys baking, painting, and spending time with her family and dog. She loves meeting new people and learning about their life experiences because 
she can always find something inspiring in their stories. It is truly rewarding for her to have the chance to become a part of someone’s life and help them accomplish what 
matters most to them.

Spencer Dung was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and grew up in the Financial Services industry, watching both his Mom and Grandfather guide families to find 
financial success and stability. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Economics, Southern California quickly became his second 
home as he started his career in Wealth Management, following in his family’s footsteps.

Growing up in Hawaii allowed him to learn from a very early age that every individual comes from a unique and diverse background; for this reason, Spencer prides himself 
on taking the time to get to know his clients beyond their financial situation, which allows him to create a plan specific to their individual needs. As well as supporting his own 
clients, Spencer is committed to bettering his community both in Hawaii and San Diego.

In addition to providing complimentary financial education workshops through non-profit organizations and employer groups, he is also a member of the Friends of the UH 
Cancer Center Board, Make-A-Wish Hawaii’s Young Leaders Board, and a community partner with Live Well @ Work San Diego.

Professionally, Spencer is a Certified Financial Planner®, a Court of the Table Member of the Internationally recognized Million Dollar Round Table, and an active member of 
the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

In his free time, you can find Spencer exploring new restaurants, relaxing on a beach, or staying active on a golf course. He also loves traveling, enjoying new cuisines, and 
meeting new people.
