Jan Kaeo Bio:

Jan grew up in Kalihi, attended Lanakila Elementary and Kawananakoa Intermediate public schools, before graduating from Maryknoll High School. She holds a BBA in Accounting, a BA in Speech from the University of Hawaii -Manoa, and a Certificate of Organizational Development from the University of Central Missouri.

Jan is a Dale Carnegie Master Trainer and works with teams to become more confident, effective leaders, exceptional customer service professionals, and top producing sales teams. Jan is passionate about helping individuals and teams discover what it takes to go from good to great in leadership, sales and service.

In 2020 at the height of COVID pandemic, Jan was recognized by Pacific Business News as one of Hawaii’s Top Small Business Leaders, and earned a Millenium Award from Dale Carnegie & Associates as one of the Top 10 Growth franchisees in North America. In 2022 Jan also became a Positive Intelligence (PQ) mental fitness coach and in 2023, she was certified as a Working Genius team facilitator for team development; she currently coaches 15 leaders in Hawaii.

Jan believes in giving back to the community; currently serving on various boards and non-profit projects. Jan has one adult son, Matthew, and has the very best partner in life and business—Tom Jones. She is an avid reader, a consummate learner about everything leadership, loves to travel, cooking and music.
