Join us for a tour of Kaulana Mahina hosted by Rosendin Electric. Kaulana Mahina is a new construction of a 324-unit housing development to offer long-term workforce rentals and a community recreation center on 14.4 acres in Wailuku, Maui. Housing will include studios and one- to three-bedroom units and amenities such as a gym, pool, yoga room, resident lounge, lawn area for a playground, and a dog park. This is said to be the first workforce apartment project developed on Maui in 20+ years. Expected completion is mid-year 2024.

Requirement: All attendees must wear appropriate safety attire such as long pants, safety vest, safety glasses, hard-toe shoes, and hard hats.*
